FUTURE DESIGN DEVELOPMENT OF LA LUZ BEACH RESORT
The whole lot is approximately 60 hectares and only 25% of the lot had been developed at the lower level area and some part of the upper level. The lower level is divided into two (2) main areas. The "Day Trip Area" which have the overnight Cottages, public T&B, daytrip pavillions and some cabanas. The "Main Area" is for the guests who shall stay longer in the beach for two days and even longer. The main area composed of 2-storey cottages, dining pavillion, conference room with suite at upper level and cabanas.
